Helmet Identification

I got a helmets lot last few days ago.

 

I cannot read heat stamp on one of them, but it is probalby repainted in 50s or 60s as it is glossy OD in shade and has vietnam era chinstrap.

 

It has some names and numbers. Is it possible to track who and where was using it?

 

It has three writings:

If it's possible to find who was these men and where they served, please help.
