USMilitaria Posted August 12, 2018 Share #1 Posted August 12, 2018 Hello Everyone! Heres one of my favorite groupings I have currently. This is a grouping from Capt. Richard Sinsel of the 351st Engineers. I have his scrapbook full of great photos, paperwork, and comments from himself. He worked on the mulberry harbors for The Invasion of Normandy and was in many battles of the Western Front. Those photos taken with the uniform were from the Battle for Brest France after his solders captured a German 88mm cannon. He was tasked with reconnaissance of the infrastructure during the battle! Stretchman89 Posted September 13, 2018 Share #2 Posted September 13, 2018 I have never seen a mulberry harbor grouping before. These guys had brass balls boy! Capturing an 88 is beyond impressive. Nice group!
