Grabbed this one after studying a few of the Reference threads on this forum,  as it looked good to lay out some bills. "Thank you U.S. Militaria Forum".

Best regards,  Bob

A very nice looking 1918. I always wonder where people find things. So, if I may ask...?

I run a few local ads, also I have a few items consigned to a antique shop so I get a little bit of inquiry from time to time from people wanting to sell, this being Camp Lejeune,  but mostly I run around the Carolina's to estate / barn auction / sales in rural areas that look promising.   My limit is about 300 miles one way to hit a big sale.   If I had space and a hauler & motivation,  I be buying boats, tractors, cars and trucks as that is where the real bargains are out in the sticks if you spin a wrench and charge a battery.

Best regards,

  Bob
