Mr.Jerry Posted August 8, 2018 Share #1 Posted August 8, 2018 I picked this up in a shipping box of other US army soldiers gear. As a part this should be legal to sell right? Would make a great display with some modern helmets!
pzjgr Posted August 9, 2018 Share #2 Posted August 9, 2018 Yes, completely legal to sell, both barrel and 100 round nutsack...
gomorgan Posted August 9, 2018 Share #3 Posted August 9, 2018 It should be legal is a barrel not a receiver or full auto innards.

pzjgr Posted August 9, 2018 Share #5 Posted August 9, 2018 Whats on the barrel forward of the sight? Is that damage, or what?
pzjgr Posted August 9, 2018 Share #6 Posted August 9, 2018 It should be legal is a barrel not a receiver or full auto innards. Full auto innards are not illegal to sell either...only the receiver. Now, if you own a receiver, or have a receiver plus full auto innards, then it could be considered constructive intent, and that's an issue. But the internal parts by themselves, no problem. How do you think they sold complete MG parts kits? They had all parts except the receiver was destroyed, perfectly legal.
Mr.Jerry Posted August 9, 2018 Author Share #7 Posted August 9, 2018 No additional parts. I am too cute for federal prison. The barrel thing is a serial number tag that was wired to the barrel.
doyler Posted August 9, 2018 Share #8 Posted August 9, 2018 Unless its deemed stolen property. These days you never can tell what may or may not get you in hot water.
