mohawkALSE Posted August 3, 2018 Share #4 Posted August 3, 2018 I wouldn't say they're rare, every SV-2 series vest has one. Looks like it was removed from an SV-2 survival vest and someone added belt slits after the fact as the sewn in sheaths of both the SV-2 and the CMU-33 AIRSAVE vests lack belt slits.
