KurtA Posted August 2, 2018 Share #1 Posted August 2, 2018 My cousin is retiring and cleaning out stuff, so he let me have some of the uniforms he wore in Afghanistan with his SF Company. Here's a modified DCU jacket that he wore over there. This commercial Tru-Spec uniform is an example of what they acquired for use by the CIA personnel working with them. RedLegGI Posted August 3, 2018 Share #3 Posted August 3, 2018 Great stuff, see if he'll write down when/where he used those particular uniforms, and stick it in a pocket so the story isnt lost. Also, let him know that instead of selling his stuff to a surplus store (if he intends to), there are collectors out there who would love to save his story and pay more than a surplus shop who would sell them as just clothing.
