ASMIC2971 Posted August 1, 2018 Share #1 Posted August 1, 2018 Picked this chevron up over the weekend at an antique store in Northern Minnesota. Everything was $1.00 each in the bin so I figured I would take a stab at it. To me it looks like the colors are right for the Marine Corps but I'm wondering when it would have been made. I'm an Army collector so this is a bit out of my knowledge area. One thing I have never seen myself on any branch rank insignia is the paperback, more specifically with the embroidery going through the paper. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

ASMIC2971 Posted August 2, 2018 Author Share #4 Posted August 2, 2018 Thank you, I must be thrown off by the paper back. Are these a regularly seen variant with it or not?
