Need assistance on early AAC / AAF bracelet - 1929

Just picked up an early Army Air Corps bracelet. It has WWI style pilot wings, the left is inscribed 19 and the right side 29 (1929 year), the top inscribed O.A. and the bottom inscribed CLUB, which I believe is for some type of Aero Club, which many early Army Air Corps aviators were part of. The rear is inscribed with the owner name BRUCE YULE and marked Sterling.

Searched the normal research sites and turned up nothing. Any assistance or leads would be great! It is a pretty bracelet.
