Tonomachi Posted July 21, 2018 Share #1 Posted July 21, 2018 Found the bottom half of a WW2 USN good conduction medal to a Archie Vernon Lott. What was interesting about this medal were the loose photographs that was on a different part of the table showing Archie Lott in uniform somewhere in the South Pacific. The seller told me that I had just missed an album full of photographs showing similar scenes of Archie Lott. I found him on the Internet with a date of birth of January 1, 1920 living in Salinas,California. I found his service number of 342-44-48 on a sterling bracelet that I didn't buy as the seller was asking way too much money for it. The seller told me that Archie Lott was a Navy Seal which he wasn't of course as they did not come about until the 1960s so maybe UDT or probably a CB.
