Hey guys,

This is the first time I've run across one of these: a coconut with, "Jungle Hike, Samoa, April 27/43" carved into the front. Could this have been done by one of the Marines stationed there during the war?

Thats cool. Didn’t JFK use a carved coconut to send a message, or something like that. I think he kept it on his desk in the Oval Office.

He did, read about that a bit. Does anyone here have any coconuts similar to what I posted? Just curious to see what's out there.
