Orion27 Posted July 12, 2018 Share #1 Posted July 12, 2018 DId anyone purchase the SAW and PI campaign medals to William A. Cavenaugh several months ago on ebay? Cavenaugh commanded the 359th (90th Division) and the 355th (89th Division) in WWI. His brother Harry commanded the 363rd (91st Division) in WWI and won a DSC. Their father fought at Pickett's Charge. Father and two son's all fought at San Juan Hill. His father, brother, son and two nephews are buried at Arlington National Cemetary. I purchased his Officer's Commission (as Major). I would love to reunite these items (one way or the other.)
