WW2 / WWII Combat Boots Questions

Fellow Members,

Im looking for information on the types and time periods brown leather combat boots were used. I have three pairs- double buckle, one above ankle with toe cap, one above ankle no toe cap. I dont see too many pairs around- online, shows, etc. Any estimates on rarity and value would be great.
