Hi,

Might as well share my two latest acquired M1 helmet and liner on this fine forum too.

Could'n leave them, so brought them to a good home.

First up is this nice M1 set. fix bail McCord shell , painted silverish Lt bar, MSA liner and the net tops it all of!
Chinstrap came with it but is not original. Is a nice leather strap, but apparently German made.

Nonetheless, happy with it

Second is a complete Hawley liner, rayon webbing, in pretty good shape.

Finding one with strap is sort of a small miracle.  :P

Any thoughts?

P

I am really liking the Johnson & Johnson branded suspension on the Hawley, you don't often see that method of stamping. Great pick-ups!

Thanks guys!

The net is a 79 inf div "style" net.

Any of you ever ran into a genuine net of this kind.

Starting in a sort of diamond shape on top of the helmet?

Sorta like this one?
