This is how I choose to display my other M-1C. I have thought about going with the M-44 net, I have some I just don't know if it's correct. As with the other M-1C I posted the pot was minus the chin strap so I added one from Top Pots.

This liner had the 1st Lt. bar scratched off. Nothing I can do about that. Note the nape and sweat band makers are the same as the other M-1C I posted.

This, as did the other liners this has a green buckle liner chin strap. The liner is stamped W D-2 (I had mistakenly said D-12 on the other post) and the liner chin cup is a four hole and none of them had a US stamp.

As I stated in the other post the M-1C liners I bought came in a crate of WW2 surplus helmets and liners from Holland. All of the liners had the same maker nape and sweat band and the same W D-2 stamped liner. In all probability they were all from the same production run at Westinghouse and would have pulled from the same box of napes and sweat bands.
