Red Devil Posted May 13, 2018 Share #1 Posted May 13, 2018 Please to share a recent find. I actively collect Berlin items and this one was too good to pass up! It's a monster souvenir patch with gorgeous bullion work. I'm guessing it's pre-1960 as it says "Berlin District" rather than just "Berlin" across the top. One of the nicest US Army Europe souvenirs I've come across. Shown with standard SSI for scale.

patches Posted May 15, 2018 Share #7 Posted May 15, 2018 Would this be something made to sew on a bunting of some sorts?
Red Devil Posted May 15, 2018 Author Share #8 Posted May 15, 2018 I always understood the larger ones to be souvenir jacket patches. But it would make sense that they could also be used on a banner.

Would have to have sewn that on the back of the jacket right .
