KRIS FORD Posted May 13, 2018 Share #4 Posted May 13, 2018 LOL..I used to have DAILY airshows living outside of Gate 4 of NAS Norfolk..(Oceanview baby!!) and same when we were deployed on a carrier! (CVN-73) I used to love seeing the F14s/A6s/FA-18s etc scream over VA Beach when I'd go there and hang for a day. As an aside..I've read that Oceanview is now a NICE place???? Really?? They wouldn't even deliver a pizza AFTER DARK when I was there ('92-'96)...and that was within a 4 minute walk to the gate! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
