skypilot6670 Posted April 30, 2018 Share #1 Posted April 30, 2018 War of 1861 disc with battle honors and McClellan style suspension pin. List 9 battles from Yorktown thru Fredericksburg, Whtch seems to indicate it was purchased during 62 - 63 winter camp at Falmouth. Wounded at Williamsburg and again at Gettysburg this is the third one of these complete with suspension pin and original swivel that Ive seen in many years of collecting Civil War. skypilot6670 Posted May 1, 2018 Author Share #8 Posted May 1, 2018 Thanks you guys for the kind comments and RDG thanks a million for the link I really appreciate the photo and grave info. Didn’t know the Gettysburg information when I bought it ,but I knew the Brigade history. Finding the Gettysburg info on a New York history web site that had some photos , letters and newspaper articles , that put a nice badge over the top. Gettysburg is my passion. This forum is the best. Thanks again. Mike
