Brig Posted April 29, 2018 Share #1 Posted April 29, 2018 This came with a set of Vietnam era USN ribbons. Made by Newtel in Florida, but doesn't seem high enough quality to be a US worn piece. Is this a US piece, or US made for export to a foreign country?
