Not exactly a military knife but most astronauts were military.

 

Astronaut Knife M-1, Model 1983, SN 30.

 

Made by W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Co., Bradford, Pa.

Doing some quick web research I found this site that describes the knives made:

Apparently there were 2 production runs of these made for the public offerings.The first one was from 1966-72,and the other one that is shown in this thread 1983.

I think there were three series: the two shown in the link above plus another one that was inscribed "First Steps on the Moon, July 20, 1969." It also had a "picture" of an astronaut standing on the moon with the LEM in the background. Here are a couple of pictures of the real deal.
