MrStiv Posted March 22, 2018 Share #1 Posted March 22, 2018 Not many details on this photo, just a closed face black friction buckle. The description on the Vanguard site is "Navy roller buckle male black," but I can't find any mention of a black buckle of this type either in the current Navy uniform regulations or in an archived 1998 version. Vanguard is usually pretty good about identifying items, but I'm having a hard time figuring out what Navy uniform this would be (or would have been) worn with. As always, thanks a million for any info!
