Help requested with unit and base for this Air Force Special Training Squadron patch

Ran across this Air Force Special Training Squadron Patch. Embroidered on blue twill w/cheesecloth back. Measures about 3 3/4 inches wide and 4 inches tall. TIOH website down for awhile now and researched usafpatches.com and ericusafpatches.nl as well as much googleing, all with zero results. Can anyone help me nail down the correct nomenclature for it including unit and base of operations if possible. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
