I always liked the Colt 1903 and 1908- The Savage 1907 is another interesting piece from the period- I carried one for a short time as a CCW piece- not the most ideal I know but I shot it well

Nice looking firearms, spent a lot of nights with one them Colt detective specials. I hope you shoot that Garand, they are a great firearm and fun to shoot..

I don't fire any of my collectibles. The 2 1903's and 1 Detective Special are OSS and the other one is CIC.

M1 is Springfield 2/44 and Standard Products 1943

nice collection in very nice condition!

I had a Garand and a carbine as well, but sold them both about ten years ago as I didn't shoot them enough to justify keeping them.

I'm currently having an M40A-1 (Remington 700 USMC Sniper rifle) built up and I have a (German made) Sig 226 which will be about it, other than my Grandfathers Winchester '94 from 1958/59 I believe.
