There is not much out there that I could find on this company, E.H. SIMON INC or SIMCO (Simon Company). I believe that this is a Post WWII hallmark as I have encountered it only on pin back examples. The basic parachute badge in the below right position is marked SIMCO and also STERLING. It appears to have a gold wash or is perhaps plated. I will post the reverse sides below.

The E.H. Simon INC marked wings are heavy, die struck quality pieces. The SIMCO badge is lighter and may be plated brass since it has a gold tone appearance. It is however marked STERLING. I have not encountered clutch back examples with this hallmark. If anyone has additional information about this company, please let us know.

Your Senior and Master badges are post wwii by the mere nature of what they are. Senior wings appeared in the late 40’s and Master wings about 10 years later.

Actually the U.S. Army Senior and Master Parachutist Badges were both authorized by Change 4 to Army Regulation 600-70 dated 24 January 1950. Before that date, only the Basic Parachutist badges were authorized even though the higher grades were proposed.
