Tonomachi Posted March 10, 2018 Share #1 Posted March 10, 2018 I picked this signed framed photograph of Admiral Joseph Clifton (October 31, 1908 – December 24, 1967) yesterday at the flea market. As best I could make out the inscription says "To Joe Alley in ? for the outstanding job you have done for CNATECHTRA (Chief of Naval Technical Training) and for me. Regards to you & your fine family, Joe Clifton."
