1941 Soldier's Handbook and 3ArmDiv Patch from Ohio Judge

Been going through things to see about downsizing, and ran across this. Got this Soldier's handbook and patch, and finally did some research about the guy who owned it. Really cool. He was a Prosecuting Attorney and was drafter in 1942, when his occupation was considered non-essential. He retained his office during four years of service, and would come back to be elected a judge. During WWII, he served in four major campaigns with the 3rd, 43rd, 36th, and 12th Armored Divisions. After V-E Day, he was selected a judge and prosecutor in the Allied Military Court System and participated in over 2,000 trials!

 

He was a graduate of Ohio University and Ohio State College of Law. Worked his way through school at the Mansfield Tire and Rubber Company.

 

He wrote his name on the cover of the book, and what looks like "Co N 7th QMTR"

 

Inside, on the front page, he wrote what appears to be a list of commanding officers and info. I don't know enough about it, though, so if someone can make it out, I'd love to hear! I am thinking that it lists his Camp Commander, QMTC Commander, Regimental Commander, Battery Commander, and Company Commander.
