First I have ever seen one and I don't know anything about it. It does not appear to have been used since manufactured in August 1974. Coverall, Microwave Radiation Protective, Anti-Cold Insulated Clothing, INC. DSA100-74-C-0182, 8415-006-7771, size medium.
