Unknown Marking on Indian Wars Canteen

Looks like a painted Indian. Thanks in advance for any information.

Look like the center symbol is a Native American head side profile. Maybe Boy Scout Used, Order of Red man, or any other fraternity. I believe the Canteen is a 1904 Model and thus post Indian Wars.

Could be Ranch or Dude Ranch markings as well from the 1920's

Correction on my part, the last engagement against Native Americans was 1924 and thus the true end of the Indian Wars. The IV Indian head marking is familiar however I could not turn up anything as of yet.
