Wanted to share my rifle.

It is a circa 1919 receiver and 12-44 dated barrel. What is an estimate on the value of a piece like this?dee460aad240bbcf744f97e027de317e.jpge8434fccc8d6336e50651abed307a1cc.jpgceff44668d79e60f113a2bce39a00768.jpg84744d55d9bc5237cb8a63b68653446b.jpg186ba81357fd5271f4fcd61d4f498938.jpg1a34fd0280f2f44fa90842fdee0f911f.jpg

Can't really talk about value without some sense of what condition the bore is in. Most collectors / shooters are going to judge value on what the inside of the barrel looks like, as well as muzzle and throat erosion. In my experience, a shot-out / worn out barrel is a tough sale, unless someone is seeking one for wallhanger decor - that is priced accordingly.

There are some spots of rust on the outside, but the bore is perfect. Not sure how well my photos will show that.

Nice rifle! It has a Remington bolt in it, hense the R stamp. And I thought the scant stock has no semi pistol grip shape to it?

Could be wrong though.
