Looks pretty good, Robin!

Perhaps we bump into each other at Normandy this year... I still owe you a beer, you know! http://www.usmilitar...tyle_emoticons/default/thumbsup.gif

I'll make a try.

German soldiers !
The HKL is already far away from here and the German units are contiously in retreat. You can either with relief or with the opportunity, expect to reach the German lines.
Although you have a way out:
You surrender to the Allied soldiers. If you do not see soldiers, surrender to the nearest Military Police station.
After your surrender you will be threatend well as a Prisoner of War with the provisions of the Geneva Convention.

The Commander of the Allied forces.

Cheers.

Some new additions i bought in the past month..

British made M1936 Musette bag ID'd to a certain Jackson
Airborne type canteen set , with reinforcement on the backside ,in a well used condition, wich i like better than those minty ones.
29th ID liner that comes from normandy , better details in the Helmet section of this forum!

Also i have a British made M1936 suspender but no pictures of it (yet).

Some new additions after this weekend.

M41 Field jacket with 82nd AB patch and a ghost '48 star flag ' on the other sleeve, but unable to put that on picture :pinch: .
This would be more likely be used by an Glider unit in my eyes but i can not confirm this 100%.

http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/gg67/RobinV101/IMG_9119.jpg

http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/gg67/RobinV101/IMG_9122.jpg

http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/gg67/RobinV101/IMG_9120.jpg

101 AB Eagle patch and a 325th GIR DI , this is for a future display project.

http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/gg67/RobinV101/IMG_9125.jpg

And i bought some display cases and this is what i made of one !

William J Mustapaa
325th GIR 82nd AB

( Yes a glider wing is missing but i hope to solve that asap! )

Since i have a few days off from work , i was getting bored quickly so i decided to do some pictures work.

When i started ' serious ' collecting, i started off with the 1st ID " Big Red One " and quickly i got some nice items.

Here is an overview of the Big Red One part of my collection ( small but worthy ).
I have a mannequin coming up to picture a D-day infantry GI , but i have no date set on it.
