Hi all,

Looking for opinions on this 774th insignia, described as a pocket patch printed on canvas. 

 

Would this have been period produced?

When I see the canvas patches I think of the RKO Studio prop pieces.

Not sure about the canvas one, which is cool, but that triangle is cool. Someone did a great job removing the numbers, looks like 11th Armor, and adding the “T.D.”.

I think what sets this printed canvas patch above the rko patches is the fact that is doesnt have an RKO stamp and there are cartoon pictures of this square shaped Insignia in wartime publications
