Help finding info on Robert Campbell Perry USNR WW2

I found a tag for a Robert Campbell Perry who was in the U.S. naval reserve. His service number is 150499 and his t shot date is 12/41. Found the tag locally so he may have been stationed at pearl harbor at sometime or lived on Oahu post war. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

It seems that his pay entry base date is October 30, 1940.

 

Listed as Ensign in 1943 register, interesting in that there is no Date of Precedence listed.

Thanks for the info, I really do appreciate it. This is pretty far outside of my area of collecting so I don't know why but it was driving me crazy note knowing who he was. I spent about 3 hours trying to find him and couldn't find anyone that even came close to matching up. Thanks again and I will try to post up a picture of the tag soon.
