I have this nice China Marine silver watch band. I think the era is the late 1920s. I love the detail of the dragons. Now, to find a 1920s Men's watch. Enjoy.

That's a nice piece

 

Have seen that type of closure/adjustment key hole and stud on WW2 era made bands.Possibly its from the era right after WW2 when the marines were in China for occupation.

My guess on time period would be pre-war. I don't think the work produced after the war had the quality workmanship of this piece. Hopefully Dirk will let us know his opinion.

I would agree with Dick and Bob......leaning strongly toward pre-war....excellent workmanship!
