WWII_GI Posted December 4, 2017 Share #1 Posted December 4, 2017 I'm posting this for a buddy who needs help identifying the an odd UNIS marking on a pair of tanker overalls he picked up recently. Anyone have any ideas what the white UNIS mark represents? They're also named to L. M. Ford Jr. Thanks -Steven

Government Issue Posted December 4, 2017 Share #3 Posted December 4, 2017 The white Arc reminds me of the 4th DIV UNIS mark but I'm unfamiliar with USMC armor units. Maybe they had a tank company attached to the 4th division? Any luck with looking his name up on ancestry's usmc muster rolls?
