Toggle switch's and covers unknown era

I came across these a few years back. The toggle covers are stamped "Made in USA" and a few have a "NAF" stamp. The ones on the bottom left are stamped "Starter" and one is stamped "Emergency". The toggle switches to the left are stamped "MS 39061-7, ON NONE ON. The larger toggles are stamped on one side "8715K3" the other side "20A-125V AC / 35A-15V DC". The top is stamped "C-H" in a logo and below the switch " made in USA patent 1605910". Any ideas?

MS 39061-7 comes up in defense supply contractor inventory.
