M1902 cotton tunic, fall collar with 1904 variant bellow pockets. Trooper, I Troop 3rd Cavalry Regt/ RIA 1903 dated russet garrison belt w/RIA 1904 dated enlisted saber hanger, RIA 1903 dated 38 cartridge box with wood insert, RIA 1902 dated 38 holster, 3rd type with modification. M-1889 Colt 1901 DA 38 revolver.

Thanks to all the above comments. I'm about, I hope, to change out the belt with a M-1896 Cav 30-40 Krag/38 LC khaki cartridge belt. This would be the torso tunic that would fit the time period. I'll know in two weeks.
