Can't these two medal ribbons be for a Irish 1916 Easter Uprising Medal? (One of them sitting up side down then, offcourse).

Thanks Snakepuke. The rack is made by GEMSCO NY. Could it have been worn by a member of the Irish community in the USA?

I really don't know, but it was the first medal I thought off when I saw this ribbon.
