FORT McPHERSON, Ga., April 16 (AP)—A jury of seven career Army officers was seated today for the trial of Capt. Eugene M. Kotouc on charges of maiming and assaulting Vietcong suspect near the hamlet of Mylai, shortly after the killings of Vietnam civilians in 1968.
Col Madison Wright, the military judge, said testimony in the trial would begin here April 26.
The jurors, two more than the minimum number required for a court‐martial are:
Maj. Robert C. Browning, 39 of Parma Ohio, a former Green Beret in Vietnam.
