Picked this picture up years ago in an antique store in Fredericksburg, VA. Photo is dated September 14, 1918. There are not alot of photos out there with Asians in uniform from WWI. Enjoy.

Agreed - looks like Quan Hong Yuen, who was a cook from Utah (his last name is mispelled as "Yuan" with an "a" in the WWI draft records I found - on the image of the registration card you can see the "Yuen" spelling at the bottom in his signature):

A few years back, AGM had a really great studio portrait of an Asian-American member of the 2nd Division. The only other one I've seen is a guy peeling potatoes in one of the Osprey books. They're waaaaaay rarer than photos of black Doughboys.
