firefighter Posted October 17, 2017 Share #1 Posted October 17, 2017 Nice patch and graduation certificate from a former Scout. The granddaughter wanted to sell both to pay for a vacation. she was asking 5k but was only offered around half, no sale. Now she wants to hand it down to her son. Sorry for the pics Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

Maj. McRoy Posted October 17, 2017 Share #4 Posted October 17, 2017 Just for the record... Pawn Stars, like all 'reality shows' are heavily scripted and nothing on them is real, other than perhaps the bad acting...
Blacksmith Posted October 17, 2017 Share #5 Posted October 17, 2017 What would be fair market for something like this?
ocsfollowme Posted October 17, 2017 Share #6 Posted October 17, 2017 The last three patches that have started at $.99 auction have ended around $1450, $1600 and $1650 if I recall. I would think that the paperwork would be rarer than that patch....when only 400 of the insignia was produced. Still, most BINs are around $3200. 268th C.A. Posted October 17, 2017 Share #8 Posted October 17, 2017 I metioned this before, I talked to a (ex) crew member of the Mike & Frank show, its 100% scripted. They will occasionally buy things but most of the stuff they don't really purchase at all. Some times the casting crew will actually buy items behind the scenes. Same for Porn Stars show. Scripted from beginning to the end. Its a joke, I have really almost stopped watching altogether. I will watch when there's NOTHING else on. As for the last comment above by firefighter I agree. I believe most stuff out there was sold by the family members to begin with. I know people that have returned things to family members only to be sold again. I am not condemning the one's that do this. Its up to the individual. I was personally cussed out by a family member who told me he hated his father and never wanted anything to do with him, I hung up on him. I spent hours researching...."Rots O Ruck"

Bill Scott Posted October 18, 2017 Share #12 Posted October 18, 2017 The last two or three I had went for a low of 1800 and one went for 2200.I have never had a real document and I would pay an extra 500 just to say I owned one.Scotty.PS the highest one I ever sold went for 2800 but that was years ago before many had hit the market.
