KumaKuma Posted October 13, 2017 Share #1 Posted October 13, 2017 I am experiencing difficulty identifying this patch, can anyone help? It measures about 2 1/2 inches in diameter and is embroidered on white twill. Not sure if the inner part reads GES, GE5, 6ES, 6E5 or turned 180 degrees reads 539 or S39. Johnny Signor Posted October 13, 2017 Share #3 Posted October 13, 2017 The green colored symbols remind of the Chemical symbol use by the military, "possibly" Chem warfare unit ......

Bill Scott Posted October 13, 2017 Share #9 Posted October 13, 2017 Only on the US Military Forum could our collective brain have come up with the Id.I have been in patches 40 years and have never seen it.Thank You Guys and Girls for making us all smarter.Scotty
KumaKuma Posted October 14, 2017 Author Share #10 Posted October 14, 2017 Initially I thought it may be associated with some sort of "chemical" unit due to the green drip beaker looking things so I thought Johnny had hit on something. I'm always amazed at how helpful the forum members are and very grateful to finally nail down the ID on this one. Thanks again fellows!
