But what I interpret from this patch is: From left to right, top to bottom the flags of Belgium, Great Britain, United States and France. The red "Crab" looking thing at the bottom with URSS on it is made to represent the Soviet Union. As the Belgian flag is shown first at the top that leads me to believe this is Belgian made. As the Soviet Union is shown as a crab creeping-up on the other Allied flags it leads me to believe that this patch was made for and worn by some Belgian Anti-Soviet group. That is my best guess.
