Fort Myer cavalry troop wins much coveted Goodrich Trophy. The Goodrich Trophy, awarded annually to the United States cavalry troop showing the best all around performance, was won this year by Troop E., 3rd Cavalry of Fort Myer, VA. In this photograph, Maj. Gen. Guy V. Henry, (left) U.S. Chief of Cavalry, is shown presenting the trophy to Capt. A.M. Shelton, who is in command of Troop E
