Jumpmaster Certificate

Medical Certificate presentation of some kind. I don't know which one is Gibson yet, these guys are wearing Special Forces SSI's. He may be the Sgt. third in from the left. But that is just a guess at this point. The photo is undated.

Gibson's patches, I'll bet most of you know what they are, the Recondo patch has indentations on it from where it had been attached to the certifcate, probably since it was presented to him.

This is probably from graduating the SF medic course. Any chance I can get a copy?

Today we received his green beret and Ranger patrol cap to put with his display. The flash appears to be Vietnamese made and the lining has been removed.

Extremely touching. I live in Indiana and would like to visit this museum.

Is that beret patch theater made?

Bill,

I think Brian is still deployed and may not have ready access to the forum. The museum is in Portland and their website can be found at: http://www.museumofthesoldier.com/

So served with MACV-SOG Command & Control Central running with Recon Team Indiana. As it states in the last telegram "a classified location" could suggest he was on a cross border mission and therefore classified.

Will have a dig round my books and see what I can find.
