What are your thoughts on this photo.

I tried my best to get clear pictures.

 

• You can see some of the headgear where wreaths are present.
• It looks like on of the soldiers is holding a flag?
• One looks to be cleaning out a wash tub?

Just based on the style of photographic mount and process, this dates to 1880s. Uniform-wise, I would say it falls in that zone, as well.
