Flight jacket contract date

Would anyone please be able to tell me when this Air Force flight jacket was contracted. Patches on it are from the 90's, but it could be older.

Not military issue, its a civilian piece.

To expand on what Bob stated some companies who have contracts will do contract over runs and sell to surplus stores and commecial outlets and mail order catalogs.

 

Some companies just make knock offs with real looking lables.Some with say "TYPE" or "STYLE" which wont appear on real contracts

Just by the "feel" I knew there was something off. Picked it up cheap to take the patches off of. It's going to the daughter anyway, and she can beat the crap out of without digging into "dad's stock". By the late 80's and onward, the issued ones I saw when I was in had a fold over collar and a thicker feel./
