A second RPPC stamped on the back ' Photograph by Lt. F. R. Undritz U.S. Army '.

 

10th Cavalry?   Note the signage above what appears to be a stable.

Yes, 10th Cavalry Regiment before 1931. Note the M1917 leggins.
