The first two on the left are for the two brigade headquarters of the pre-WW2 Hawaiian Division. I forget the numbers.

Hawaiian Division, Schofield Barracks, T.H. both disbanded on October 1st, 1941 when the 'square' division was broken up to become the core for the 24th and 25th Infantry Divisions.

21st Infantry Brigade on the left (19th Inf. Regt. 'Rock of Chickamauga' & 21st Inf. Regt. 'Gimlets')

22nd Infantry Brigade on the right (27th Inf. Regt. 'Wolfhounds' & 35th Inf. Regt. 'Cacti')

are they screwback N.S. Meyers?
