I picked these up fairly cheap at the local flea market - end of day as the vendors were all packing up at the end of the weekend.

A nice 4-pocket dress top and an Ike, both named to an officer named McKinnon. The jacket is in nice condition and still has it's belt. The Ike is also is good condition. Both jackets bear the 8th Air Forces patch as left shoulder unit of assignment, and 9th Air Force patch (hand-sewn) as wartime SSI. The 9th Air Force patches both appear to be felt material.

The Ike bears a unit citation on the right sleeve, while the 4-pocket shows a second citation. Both jackets bear four overseas service bars on the left sleeve.

The officer's brimmed hat has a nice eagle on it, thought there are moth bites on parts of it. The khaki overseas cap has a pin-back Captain's bar.

I did a cursory Google search for McKinnon - obituaries, etc - but didn't turn up anything.
