Felt Patch with Asian Writing with a 2nd Logistical Command

I am looking to ID the patch with the black Asian characters on it. It came with the unusual 2nd Logistical Command patch. Is it for an Allied army connected with the 2nd L.C.?

its a South Korean military related patch.

 

Not sure exact id, but there is a great page about these type patches on Facebook.
