18th infantry disc and German made patches

Got this little group today. I know the collar discs are German made but are the patches made there also? Both patches are identical, I just turned one over to show the back. And what time period?

Both patches look German made. Very nice find!

Both patches are woven, c. 1950.

The collar disks are c. 1948 since they are domed.

GM domed insignia, especially when it is numbered, is a great collectible. Yes, your box is pretty cool too, telling us who they were and what they made.

Can you post a reverse shot of the disks? That would be a good reference for determining a disk is German-made.

The screw-on disc is serrated on its edge. I think that's unique in itself.
